What is Dry Scrubbers?A dry Cleaner is a pollution prevention device. It is an Electrical and electronic Device desined and filter the air from 0.01 micron to 50 micron Size. A disposable air filter in your heating or working system traps less than 10% of the particles of air pollution passing through it. How air Electrostatic Dry ScrubbersContaminated air is drawn by the motor/blower through a washable metal mesh pre-filter which traps large dust particles. The remaining particles, some as small as 0.01 microns, pass into a strong electrical field (ionizing section) where the particulate receives a electrical charge. The charged particles then passes into a collector plate section made of a series of equally spaces parallel places. Each alternate plate charged with the same polarity as the particle, which repel while the interleaving plates are grounede, which attracts and collects the contaminants. Our Multi Cyclone Dust Collector operates on the principle of vortex motion where the centrifugal force is acting on each particle and therefore causes the particle to move away from the cyclone axis towards the inner cyclone wall. It can be as simple as a basic pass-through filter, a cyclonic separator, or an impingement baffle.It can also be as complex as an electrostatic precipitator, a multistage baghouse, or a scrubber.
