Design Calculation:

 As per ventilation theory, First of all we calculate the size of Factory (Lx W x H) after calculating the Volume of factory area then we calculate the Required Air Volume for Ventilation of Factory by putting all values in given Below Formulas,

 The Parameter Air Changes (N) is taken from Standard table. For Best Ventilation we need Air Changes 29 per hr.

 Air Changes,    N =    60 x Q (CFM)

                                     Volume (ft3)

Where,

• N (Air Changes per hour) = 29
• V   =   Volume- L X W H in fts.

                         (390 fts.  X 292 fts. x 31.0 fts                                 

                   =    3530280 ft3

• Q (CFM Required)             

 Putting all value in design formula:

Q (CFM)  =  N x Volume(ft3)

                               60

               =  29 x 3530280

                            60

           =     1806302 CFM

                  9,000 CFM (Each Fan CFM)

             =  200 Nos.

Total fans required -200 Nos.

Note:

• The Motorized Roof Exhaust Fan coverage Area is 600 Sq.ft by each fan.
• The Fan Creates Sufficient Negative Draft and the fresh air travel from outside to inside

by grill and windows.
