Top Cover       : 5 mm PPGL + 15 mm FRP= 20 mm thk. with Robin mat and M.S. Flat support

                          Embossed inside the FRP layers

Level Indicator: 25 NB, PVC pipe level indicator at side elevation of tank

Stiffener          : M.S. 75 x 6 mm thk. Ring stiffener- 6 Nos. embossed with FRP layer

                          in the middle section of the tank.

Robin mat       : 3- layers of robin mat embossed with FRP layer in the middle section of tank

Man Hole        : Ø 500 mm at top with blind cap with flange and top handle

Nozzles           : 50 NB- Outlet Gas vent & 50 NB for water inlet

Inspection Door: Ø 450 inspection door with transparent acrylic sheet

Overflow         : Ø 25 pipe & Ø 50 NB Discharge nozzle ay side bottom with valve

Drain               : Drain nozzle of Ø 50 mm will be provided at bottom side elevation

Bottom support :Bottom will be flat embossed with FRP layer and stiffened from outside

Foundation      : Base foundation C- channel Frame 150 mm x 75 mm at base for FRP tank will be provided
