Forced Draft Blowers The FD centrifugal blowers are carefully designed to meet ideal requirement for various industrial applications. Blowers are made in heavy duty construction with statically & dynamically balanced impellers which gives high Pressure and trouble free performance.
Available air delivery 500 cum/hr. - 15,000 cum/hr.and pressure upto 45 Inches of WG.
These blowers consist of completely backward curved, backward curved with self cleaning and straight blades. |

Direct Drive Blowers Direct drive blowers are also high pressure but low volume blowers having 50 mm to 915 mm wg pressure and 500 cfm to 15,000 cfm volume capacity which are used for High Pressure, some times are called Air Booster. Moreover, these are used in allied engineering industries and are also used for forced draft pressure.
MS and stainless steel fabricated blowers are constructed in steel and are used in general and some chemical industries whereas the FRP fabricated body supported with steel structure duly insulated. |

Turbine Blowers Turbine blowers consists of a dynamically balanced impeller which revolves in a stator-cum-compression chamber having very fine clearances between them. The impellers are fitted directly on the motor shaft. to reduce impedance to the air flow both the suction and pressure openings are located on the outer periphery of the stator thereby creating vacuum and pressure. there is no wear and tear & no lubrication is required as the impeller rotates with no contact between itself and the casing.
