| Pickling Tanks BLOW TECH offers pickling tanks for steel industries for pickling process of M.S. and Stainless Steel coils/bars/pipes. These
tanks are manufactured from PP and HDPE.
Types of Pickling Tanks:

• HDPE Pickling Tanks
Thermoplastic pickling tanks are offered with specially designed lip type hood for fume collection from the sides of the tank. This kind of hood is suitable for the batch pickling operation for continuous pickling operation. Hood can be offered in top mounted and of any suitable shape like semi arch type or canopy type.
We also offer pickling tanks with suitable hood and fume scrubber with centrifugal exhaust fan, ducting network, stack or chimney and with thermoplastic re-circulation pump for scrubber with piping.

Fume Scrubbers We offer wide range of fume scrubbers for removal and washing of acidic fume laden air coming out of various industrial processes. Our scrubbers are used for chemical production, metal finishing, semiconductor manufacturing as well as in other operations related to generating fumes and gases. These are made of best raw materials i.e. in M.S./S.S./F.R.P. that provides them a great strength and durability and are offered to clients at the most competitive prices.

| FRP Chemical Storage Tanks We are manufacturing FRP and Dual laminated storage tanks for the storage of chemicals, water and wastes. We can also offer storage tanks up to 150 M3 capacity. These tanks are offered with level indicator, ladder and top railing as per customer’s requirement.
We are also manufacturing FRP and dual laminated reaction vessels, pressure
vessels and vacuum receivers for mixing, washing and filtration processes. Reaction vessels will be offered with suitable lined agitator, gear box and electric motor. Pressure vessels and vacuum receivers can be designed to suit the operating pressure up to 10 kg/cm2 and for full vacuum services. |

Heat recovery utilising a plate heat exchanger, thermal wheels or run around coils is available. Customers can choose from a comprehensive range of fan types including centrifugal forward and backward curved fans, plug, axial or mixed flow fans. Our customers can also choose panel and/or bag, carbon filtration or HEPA filters to match their filtration needs. AHU inlet sections can be supplied with weatherproof louvre's, grilles or bird/insect mesh as protection against the influx of foreign bodies via the inlets.
